You have good control on colors and that my friend, is indeed commendable! I also really liked the concept of the sisters embracing, its not everyday you get to see this happening. And yes, that skirt....it's well done! I'd normally have the patience to draw something like that but when i see that, my mind snapped. I admire your patience. Also, Lightning's scarf's positioning placed a great impact to the picture, for it is an essence to dynamic features!
The only problem I find in here is Serah's face. I can't tell...perhaps you did not draw it correctly? I'm not sure either, but anyhow, I'm sure it's pretty good, right?
Finally, dem petals. And the soft shading!
